HOUSEKEEPING PLAN
Our 24 cabins and four
townhouse-style units of the gorgeous new "Grand Vermilion Chalet" all have great views, modern bathrooms with
tubs and/or showers, hot and cold running water and gas or electric heat. Their newly
remodeled kitchens are fully equipped with coffeemakers, toasters, microwaves,
all necessary kitchen utensils, ranges and combination
refrigerator-freezers. Most have dishwashers. Twenty-four cabins/units have gas
or wood-burning fireplaces. All have sundecks and charcoal BBQ grills. Bed
linens and towels are included, with a fresh change of towels mid-week for our
weekly guests. Also provided are paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags,
liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent and bar soap. All food is removed from
cabins between guests, so please consider spices (salt & pepper) when packing.
You may also want a beach towel, as cabin towels are not for beach use. Maid
service is not included, but is available for a fee. |

*Maid Service
Consists of daily cabin cleaning, fresh towels and bed making.
The rate is $175/week for one or two. $25 per person/week over two.
Maid service must be reserved when making your reservation.
PETS
Out of courtesy to those who do not appreciate animals or have allergies, we do not allow pets.
SMOKING
We are happy to provide "smoke free"
accommodations at Pehrson Lodge.
We ask that any smoking be done outside, with proper disposal of all butts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In the event of cancellation, deposits are refunded ONLY if we can re-rent your space on the same basis with a new reservation. A $50 processing fee
per cabin/unit will be retained on any refunds.
For cancellations less that four weeks prior to reserved dates, you will be expected to pay for the time you reserved, whether or not you stay for any or all of that time, unless your space is rented on the same basis by a new reservation.
The balance due on your cabin is due at check-in. We prefer payment by check, but accept Visa & MasterCard.
Large groups will be required to pay in full one month prior to arrival. This will be refunded only as described above.
