Pet-Friendly Cabins

Your dog is part of the family, we know. That's why we offer pet-friendly cabins.

We are happy to welcome pets to stay in our Pet-Friendly Zone – our four-legged friends deserve a vacation too! Please inform us if you will be bringing a pet, so we may provide special amenities for your furry friend in our pet-friendly cabins and add the appropriate fee to your reservation.

Our Pet-Friendly Zone includes the Point, scenic wooded hiking trails and the following cabins: Northern Lights, Pines, Sunset View, Moonbeam, Sunbeam, Aurora, Mackinaw, and Spirit Wind.

We recommend our well-marked hiking trail beginning and ending at the sport court for dog walking. Trail maps are available in the office. Pet owners, please adhere to a few common courtesies while you enjoy your stay: use a leash, clean up after your pet and report and be responsible for any damage your pet may cause. We recommend the use of portable kennels in cabins. Please do not bring dogs with barking, aggressive, or destructive tendencies. If your pet is causing any resort disturbance, we will ask that you utilize a local kennel to house it for the duration of your stay.

As some of our guests may have allergies or prefer not to be near pets, all other cabins must remain pet-free, and no exceptions will be made. We thank you for your respect and understanding of this expectation.

CABIN POLICIES

SMOKING: Pehrson Lodge cabins and buildings are smoke-free. Smoking is limited to the outside, with proper disposal of all butts. Please do not throw butts on resort grounds Thank you for your cooperation.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 4pm Saturday and check-out at 8am Saturday for weekly summer stays. We try to be flexible, as schedule allows, for short stays and early/late season stays.

QUIET HOURS: In effect from10pm-8am.

VISITORS: For the privacy and security of all resort guests, visitors must register at the Lodge. Numbers of guests will be limited at owner's discretion.

COMMUNICATION: Enjoy convenient resort-wide basic wireless internet, intended to allow our guests to use the internet and email. Our internet service does not have the capacity to accommodate the streaming of video. All individual cabins are free of telephones. The townhouses of the Grand Vermilion Chalet offer landline phones requiring calling cards for long-distance calls. Guests using certain carriers may receive a reliable cellphone signal.

CANCELLATION: With early notification of at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a fee of $50 for each cabin/unit or 3.5% of the deposit paid, whichever is greater, if we are able to re-book your space with a new, like reservation, or your deposit may be applied to a future stay. With notification less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, no refunds will apply. In the case of late notification, 30 days or fewer before your arrival date, full payment is owed. No refunds for early departures.
